Racing Incident Report
Race Five: (258)-PARROT HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Metres
DIAMOND MASTER shifted in at the start and bumped GIDDY GIDDY.WINNING TALENT was crowded for room at the start between FAIRY EAGLE and WINNING BOY, both of which shifted ground.
A short distance after this, FAIRY EAGLE and WINNING BOY bumped.
From the outside barrier, AMAZING FEELING was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
After the 1000 Metres, DIAMOND MASTER proved difficult to settle in the lead.
For some distance after the 700 Metres, SPARKLING TALENT raced in restricted room inside WHISTLE BLOWER which raced tight inside FAIRY EAGLE (N Rawiller) which shifted in.
N Rawiller was reprimanded and advised to ensure that he leaves comfortable racing room for runners to his inside in similar circumstances.
Close to the finishing line, SPARKLING TALENT raced tight inside FAIRY EAGLE.
Throughout the race, YO-YO DA travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of YO-YO DA and WHISTLE BLOWER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
DIAMOND MASTER and AMAZING FEELING were sent for sampling.

Diamond Master was pulling hard on the lead, cornered two lengths on top and had just enough left in the tank to land a betting plunge. Early favourite Amazing Feeling was allowed to find his feet near the back from the widest gates, swung the final bend with one wider out and let down solidly to make it close on the wire. He's caught the eye in his two outings and will be winning shortly. Fairy Eagle was caught deep until finding a one-off spot with cover in fourth at the 700m, straightened three deep and just overhauled Giddy Giddy for a placing. Giddy Giddy straightened four deep with every chance following a gun run and had to settle for a minor Quartet spot. Sparkling Talent made some ground near the inside from behind midfield without menacing. Whistle Blower eased back after being posted deep near the speed to travelling one off with cover in midfield, swung the final bend four from the right and kept on evenly over the last 150m. Winning Boy was never a factor after travelling second from the rear. Yo-Yo Da weakened after a very deep run without cover beyond midfield from a wide gate.
