Racing Incident Report
Race Six: (540)-HARBOUR VIEW HANDICAP (Sec1) - Class 4 - 1200Metres
PERFECT SMART began awkwardly.TOMODACHI was crowded for room on jumping between KIM GLORY and DANEWIN TIGER which shifted out.
After this, DANEWIN TIGER was shifted across behind runners.
Making the first turn approaching the 1000 Metres, PERFECT SMART lost ground when it shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of STEP FASTER after initially racing tight to the inside of that horse.
Near the 850 Metres, KIM GLORY lost its right hind plate.
For some distance approaching and passing the 800 Metres, VICTOR EMPEROR proved very difficult to settle and was awkwardly placed behind NO TIES.
Then approaching the 700 Metres, VICTOR EMPEROR shifted out and bumped DANEWIN TIGER when being checked away from the heels of NO TIES.
Passing the 400 Metres, STEP FASTER was steadied when awkwardly placed close to the heels of SECRET AGENT.
For the majority of the race, CHIN CHUN travelled wide and without cover and in the Straight gave ground.
KIM GLORY also travelled wide and without cover throughout the race.
A veterinary inspection of CHIN CHUN, KING'S STEED and WONDERFUL FIGHTER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
WONDERFUL FIGHTER, SECRET AGENT and STEP FASTER were sent for sampling.

Well-supported late, Secret Agent went forward from a tricky gate to travel second without cover behind the leader Tomodachi, advanced to the front three deep at the 200m and kept finding to notch a third win this term. Step Faster settled midfield along the rails, was on heels early straight and closed off nicely with clear running to get second 20m out. He's ready to win at this level. Tomodachi rushed forward to lead from a wide gate as expected, cornered a length on top and grudgingly gave way over the last 100m. No Ties settled fourth from the back and one off the rails, swung the final bend with three wider out and closed off well. The Prince enjoyed the box seat, stayed to the inside upon straightening and only held his ground when popped the question. Favourite Wonderful Fighter held a nice spot one off with cover fore of midfield, was placed under pressure 450m out, straightened five deep and was only plodding over the final 200m. Kim Glory was posted three deep without cover in midfield, took closer order at the 500m and was one-paced over the final 250m. Chin Chun was never better than four deep without cover and struggled in the straight run.
