The 2022 CrossFit Games enter their penultimate day on Saturday, and you can watch it live via the link below.
Five time champion Tia-Clair Toomey is back in pole position after a slow start to the competition. She is tied with Mat Fraser for the most titles, so history beckons as she looks to lock up a sixth.

Toomey sits atop the women’s leader board, ahead of Mallory O’Brien and Emma Lawson in second and third place respectively. Only 47 points separate fist and third, so it’s all to play for with 100 points up for grabs per event win.
Ricky Garard is on top in the men’s competition. Justin Medeiros, the defending champion, is in second place and Roman Khrennikov is third. Only 47 points separate first and third place.

The CrossFit Games is taking place in Madison, Wisconsin. It runs from August 3-7. The winner is crowned the Fittest on Earth.
There was supposed to be a rest day on August 4 for the individual athletes, but one of the events was postponed on day one because of bad weather and was held on Thursday instead.
