The CrossFit Open enters its second week, and the workout is being announced live via YouTube, with four of the best CrossFitters going head-to-head in the latest 22.2 workout.
CrossFit Games champion Justin Medeiros throws down with Games athlete Saxon Panchik, while Emma Lawson and Laura Horvath will go head to head too.

The CrossFit Open is a three-week competition, with CrossFit announcing a new workout every week.
Participants have seven days to complete it and upload their score. After the three rounds, the top 10 per cent from each continent will progress to the quarter-finals, their first step to qualifying for the CrossFit Games.
Medeiros won the CrossFit Games in 2021, in just his second appearance. Panchik has been to the Games four times and finished 5th in 2021.
Horvath has been to the Games four times and finished second in 2021. Lawson has appeared at the Games once, in 2019 and came third.
