Jack Peacock has been added to the ONE 169 card, with the England-born, Canada-based fighter set to take on Shinji Suzuki in Atlanta on November 8.

Peacock was born with one hand but that has not stopped him from forging a successful career in Muay Thai. He comes from a famous sporting family and his father Gavin played football for Chelsea and Newcastle United.

Competing at ONE Friday Fights 68 earlier this year, Peacock Jnr scored a one-sided decision win over Kohei Shinjo at Lumpinee Stadium.

But he was not given his opportunity out of charity: he won a tournament to earn his contract with the promotion.

He will be facing a Japanese opponent again at ONE 169. Suzuki will be looking for his second win of 2024 having beaten former bantamweight title challenger Han Zi Hao by decision at ONE 166 earlier this year.

Peacock has clearly been watching that footage of Suzuki and it sounds like he is impressed by what he has seen.
