Seksan Or Kwanmuang is a man without a weight class. It is an unusual situation and effectively rules him out of ever being ranked in a ONE Championship division, let alone competing for a title.

His ONE Championship fights all take place at 140 pounds (63.5 kilograms) – exactly halfway between flyweight and bantamweight. If Seksan were able to move up or down by five pounds he would potentially be in contention for a belt but the 35-year-old told the Post he is happy where he is.

“I feel like this is my weight, I don’t mind not being in the ranking or not having a chance to go for a belt – at this age I’m just going to stay where I’m comfortable,” Seksan said.

Fighting at an unusual weight has not stopped Seksan from competing regularly; he has faced nine opponents since signing for ONE Championship at the start of 2023.

It also has not stopped him from securing marquee matchups and in two weeks’ time takes on Englishman Liam Harrison, who is himself dropping down five pounds for at ONE 168 in Denver.
