Superlek Kiatmoo9 beat Jonathan Haggerty to win the bantamweight Muay Thai world title belt in ONE 168’s hotly anticipated main event on September 6.

And, according to figures reported by the Wrestling Observer – the go to source for viewership and attendance figures across the combat sport spectrum – it was a smash-hit at the box office.

It even outperformed WWE NXT, which also took place in the Ball Arena on September 1.

“The September 9 ONE FC show in Denver had 8,583 paid (viewers), 10,331 total and US$1,280,335 (revenue),” industry insider David Meltzer wrote. “That’s an amazing number for that promotion.

“It was way above what the NXT show five days earlier did, which would be about 6,000 actual paid at much lower prices”
