So far Freddie Haggerty has lived up to them and he has been handed another opportunity to prove himself on Friday.

The younger brother of reigning bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing champion Jonathan Haggerty has been matched with Kaichon Sor Yingcharoenkarnchang at ONE Friday Fights 72.

The younger Haggerty won his last fight with an impressive KO over a Thai fighter and will be looking to repeat the trick at Lumpinee Stadium this week.

Jonathan also previously held the flyweight Muay Thai title and has beaten legendary Thai fighters such as Sam-A Gaiyanghadao and Nong-O Gaiyanghadao.

Freddie is 19 and only made his professional debut earlier this year when he finished the more experienced Dankalong Sor Dechapan just 14 seconds into the opening round at ONE Friday Fights 49.
