Hong Kong Golf Club will host team competition for a second year, with tournament scheduled for March 7 to 9, tickets on sale next month
The LIV Golf League will return to Hong Kong early next year, the third stop on the circuit’s 2025 season, which boss Greg Norman said would be “the most ambitious to date”.
In an announcement released on Tuesday about plans for the start of the league’s third full season, LIV said it would begin its year in Saudi Arabia, with a return to Adelaide and an event in Singapore, either side of the return to Fanling, all taking place within the space of six weeks.
Hong Kong Golf Club will host the league from March 7 to 9, two weeks after what is quickly becoming LIV’s flagship event in Adelaide. Riyadh Golf Club, will host the season opener from February 6 to 8, with Sentosa Golf Club staging a tournament for the third time from March 14 to 16.
“As we set our sights on 2025, LIV Golf is gearing up for our most ambitious season start, to date,” Greg Norman, the LIV Golf commissioner and CEO, said. “Since our debut in 2022, LIV Golf has played 34 tournaments in nine different countries across four continents.
“We are a global league with a global footprint, and we’re excited to kick off next season with four truly international events that will deliver our unique blend of elite golf, entertainment and culture to fans around the world.”
Tickets for the tournaments will go on sale next month, with hospitality tickets for the Hong Kong event up for grabs from October 9 and ground passes available on October 30.
