As part of the Road to Mallorca, the tour will host back-to-back events on the mainland from October 13 to 23.

While the location of the first tournament is yet to be confirmed, the Foshan Open has been pencilled in for October 20 to 23 at Foshan Golf Club in Guangdong, with a prize fund of US$500,000 (HK$3.9 million).

Players that week will have a final chance to earn their spot in the season-ending Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final supported by The R&A.

Next year’s tour begins with the South Africa swing, with six events starting with the Dimension Data Pro-Am at Fancourt Golf Estate in George on February 10.

Among the highlights of the 2022 season will be a return to Scotland for the first time in four years, when the Farmfoods Scottish Challenge, supported by The R&A, takes place in the final week of May.
