It is the question everyone wants to ask Masters winner Sergio Garcia, not if he’s going to be watching “The Match” between Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods (he’s not), but whose hairstyle he prefers: Tommy Fleetwood’s slick mullet or Wade Ormsby’s thick moustache.

Fleetwood made his case for his distinct flowing hairstyle and spectacular beard after his second round where he played alongside Garcia and Ormsby.

“Canadian hockey flow, but with teeth,” he said when asked to describe its look. Fleetwood, who shot an impressive 65 on the second day, said all that hair does require some maintenance. It was a decidedly hot and sunny day at Fanling on Friday.

“Sometimes after being in the humidity I have to try and keep the weight off. And it’s a little bit bulky at the moment so it will need some addressing when I get home, but it is all natural flowing locks.”

Fleetwood’s hair has become so famous it has its own Twitter handle (@cadillacshair) with close to 700 followers.

A recent Golf Digest piece was also written strictly to showcase Fleetwood before he grew his hair and beard out.
