The footage shows a man intentionally running towards a moving car, pretending to be hit, and rolling on the ground.

The incident took place in the bustling Mong Kok district of the city’s Kowloon peninsula at 2 am on January 1, 2023, and has led to speculation that the man was attempting to scam the car driver for compensation.

In the video, the man can be seen running towards the front of the car and pressing his body against the windscreen before falling backwards and rolling onto the street.
