A man in Vietnam who grew suspicious because his beautiful daughter resembled neither him nor his wife – prompting him to conduct a DNA test – which confirmed he was not her biological father.

While his wife denied the infidelity and even left home, the truth finally surfaced after their daughter transferred schools and met another girl born on the same date as her.

The man, whose name was not disclosed, had moved to Ho Chi Minh City In the south of the country for work, accompanied by his wife, surnamed Hong, and their daughter, identified as Lan, who was only three years old at the time.

However, as Lan grew into a teenager and became increasingly beautiful, he noticed she bore no resemblance to either him or his wife.

Suspicion prompted him to conduct a DNA test, which confirmed that Lan was not his biological daughter.

The revelation led him to grow distant and cold towards his wife and daughter, and he often came home drunk.
