After a rousing welcome from fans and officials in Hong Kong on Thursday, a delegation of Olympic stars from mainland China spent their second day in the city attending various meet-and-greet events.

A highlight was Friday evening’s gala show, with all 5,100 tickets for the public snapped up within just 35 minutes. Select groups of local athletes, students and members of the disciplined services also met the delegation during the day.
