Customs and Excise Department officials raided the offices of Redbox Storage at Shing Wan Road, Sha Tin, on Tuesday after investigating a number of complaints from customers.

Sources with knowledge of the case said the woman was arrested after exaggerating the size of a mini-storage cubicle to an undercover officer.

“The size of the cubicle was about 20 per cent smaller than what the undercover agent was told. He discovered this after making the payment and getting the key to the cubicle,” the source said.
