A pop concert featuring Hong Kong boy band Mirror, Cantopop girl group Collar and Thai performers will be held at a 10,000-seat indoor venue at Kai Tak Sports Park on December 20, one of four test events scheduled each month in the run-up to the megaproject’s launch.

Various sources told the Post on Wednesday that about 5,000 participants would be allowed to attend and obtain tickets through a special arrangement with MakerVille, Mirror’s management company and the organiser of the concert.

The event, called “FWD Presents: Chill Music Festival”, will be held at the indoor Kai Tak Arena, a stadium designed for both concerts and sports events.

“A few Thai celebrities will join the concert, the first time they are collaborating with Mirror and Collar,” a source said.

The venue can seat up to 10,000 people.
