The company is offering 200 tickets for the special price on certain days for a limited time as a way to say thank you to customers for their support. Travellers are only allowed to purchase one ticket each.

“Greater Bay Airlines just launched the ‘Second Anniversary Mega Sale’ limited promotion as an anniversary celebration and a token of gratitude to customers for their continued support,” the carrier said on Tuesday.

Flights to Bangkok were the first to be offered at discount prices, with the carrier announcing on Facebook at 2.12pm that the tickets had sold out.

The company shares which routes are covered under the promotion at 10am on select days, before announcing the promotion code two hours later in the comments of the airline’s Facebook and Instagram posts.

A Post reporter used the company’s website at noon and initially received a server error notice, but was able to see some tickets after inputting different dates.

The offer includes a free 20kg (44lbs) checked and 7kg carry-on baggage allowance, with passengers required to travel on dates between August 18 and December 18.
