With digital technology continuing to transform the world of marketing, XGATE’s position at the forefront of this revolution in Hong Kong has been acknowledged by a nomination for the Innovation Excellence Award at this year’s Enterprising Hong Kong Awards.
From the founding of the business in 2004, the goal of Andy Cho, XGATE’s Director of Business Development, and Parry Tam, its Director of Operations, has been to make XGATE the marketing gateway for all things digital.
“With the addition of new digital communication channels every year, this vision has become central to our technological development,” Cho explained. “We are constantly introducing further innovations to our proprietary XGATE Digital Marketing Services (DMS) platform, adding new communication channels and features to handle the demands of modern CRM (customer relationship management) marketing.”
Above any other original technological development his firm has come up with, Cho said he is most proud of this XGATE DMS platform.
“We’ve built incredible capabilities to integrate different digital channels - SMS, email, social and web - with marketing automation to support a multitude of CRM campaigns. As we recently announced, we have even added advanced campaign designer and CRM analytics to the platform. This new enhancement enables brand marketers to create, target, deliver, track, and manage, integrated large-scale multimedia messaging campaigns more easily. On top of that, we will generate real-time dashboards to monitor campaigns as they are running, and integrate different data sets, to produce CRM reports, and advanced analytics, to help our client improve their marketing results.
