Will Graff’s Knot collection stand the test of time?
Collection features everything from earrings and cufflinks to necklaces and rings
Knot motifs have been used over the centuries as a token of love and relationships, particularly ones that involve distance and time apart. Sailors, for example, would tie a knot with gold wire on their fingers to remember their loved ones back home.
While we might not all be seafarers, most of us are well-acquainted with the symbol and its meaning, and, just in time for the wedding season, jeweller Graff has launched a new collection based on this motif.
Graff’s Knot collection, launched in June, includes everything from earrings and cufflinks to necklaces and rings, and the jewellery maison’s savoir faire is on full show as the graceful knot appears above two diamond droplets in a necklace pendant, or as the signature design on a baguette diamond ring.
Classic designs are popular for a reason, and the sophisticated knot in Graff’s new jewellery pieces is likely to withstand the test of time.
