The British royal family members get plenty of press, but sometimes it’s their spouses that garner the most attention.

For example, Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle or Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton. From their style to their pre-royal life, it’s often the non-blue-bloods whose every move attracts the public’s attention. After all, they used to be just like us, right?

Whether you’re watching The Crown season six or not, you may already be familiar with some of the most recognisable names who have joined the clan. Here’s an update and a who’s who of the British royal family members’ partners as of 2023:

1. Queen Camilla

Camilla, now 76, has been in the public eye for years, having met husband-to-be Charles for the first time in 1970. She too comes from a wealthy background.

As queen consort, Camilla continues to play an important role as a working royal. She is the 75-year-old monarch’s second wife, after the late and much-loved Princess Diana.
