Iron Man, Spider-Man, and X-Men creator, American writer and former president of Marvel Comics Stan Lee, has died at the age of 95.

Lee also created The Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk, Daredevil, Black Panther, the Silver Surfer and Doctor Strange.

He also appeared in most of the films released by Marvel Cinematic Universe.

To celebrate the life of the man who revolutionised comics, we take a look at some of his best cameos.

1. Fantastic Four (2005)

Lee’s cameo in the 2005 Fantastic Four alongside Ioan Gruffudd and Jessica Alba was the first time he played a character that he actually co-created.

William “Willie” Lumpkin is the Fantastic Four’s mailman, occasionally helping the group overcome evil.

The joke, sort of, makes a come back in his Captain America: Civil War (2016) cameo.
