Designer Martine Rose, recently named the first creative director in Clarks’ history, unites with Nike for a third time for a collaboration that disrupts classic and long-standing fashion mores and challenges gender norms.

The Nike x Martine Rose Shox Mule MR4 merges avant-garde fashion with athleticism, creating a hybrid shoe comprising a backless mule silhouette crafted from Nike’s famous football boot, the Shox R4.

The hybrid trainer comes in two vibrant colour gradients: yellow/orange and blue/purple.

Pre-launch, the Shox Mule MR4 grabbed the world’s attention when Hailey Bieber went viral while wearing the yellow/orange colourway during June’s London Fashion Week.
