K-pop star Sulli, of girl group f(x), found dead at her home in Seoul aged 25

Known for suffering panic disorder from an early age, the troubled K-pop and K-drama star left f(x) in 2014 to pursue a career in acting, and caused controversy after hosting a live drinking party session on Instagram this year

K-drama actress and K-pop star Sulli, famously a member of girl group f(x), was found dead in her apartment on Monday, October 14, according to SBS. Police confirmed that she was discovered at a house in Seongnam, south of Seoul, by her manager. She was 25 years old.

The cause of death is under investigation, sparking rumours that she took her own life.

Sulli has previously talked about suffering from panic disorder and social phobias from an early age. In 2014, she went on a hiatus, and then left f(x) to pursue a career in acting. In April, she caused ripples on social media when she spoke out during a live drinking party session held on her Instagram account.

The last entry on her official Instagram account was only a day ago.
