South Korean group begins role with mini concert to mark opening of retailer’s new Beauty & You stores at Hong Kong International Airport

Move over SHINee and Red Velvet – Highlight has just been named as the new brand ambassador of the South Korean duty free retailer, The Shilla Duty Free.

Formerly known as B2ST (or Beast), K-pop boy band Highlight consists of five members: Yoon Doo-joon, Yong Jun-hyung, Yang Yo-seob, Lee Gi-kwang and Son Dong-woon.

The group started its new role as ambassador by giving a mini concert at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2 to celebrate the grand opening of The Shilla Duty Free’s new store, Beauty & You, yesterday.

The Beauty & You concept store at the airport offer cosmetics, perfumes and fashion accessories.

The Shilla Duty Free has introduced premium brands such as The History of WHOO, su:m37 °, THREE and ReFa.

Other leading make-up offerings include David Beckham’s grooming brand HOUSE 99 and NARS.

The store also features luxury leather goods and accessories from Italian sock maker Bresciani, umbrella maker Maglia Francesco and luxury designer fashion house Alexander McQueen.
