Inside Spider-Man star Andrew Garfield’s luxury watch collection: the actor has a thing for Omega timepieces, but his sense of style also extends to Cartier, Harry Winston and Jaeger-LeCoultre

The Social Network and We Live in Time star has an eye for gorgeous timepieces – so what did he wear to the Oscars, the Golden Globes, on Jimmy Kimmel, and on his ‘date’ with Amelia Dimoldenberg?
From playing a Facebook billionaire to everyone’s favourite undercover webslinger, Andrew Garfield is a man of many talents and high-profile roles. Naturally, with so many red carpets and credits to his name, it’s no surprise he has an enviable luxury watch collection.
With that collection reportedly worth around US$16 million, Garfield certainly has the means to explore plenty of different watch brands and models – yet he has a distinct preference for one name in particular.
The Oscar-nominated actor is a true Omega enthusiast, and has been spotted wearing an assortment of different timepieces from the legacy Swiss watchmaker at events and in interviews. His affinity for Omega even earned him the title Friend of the Brand in 2023.

That said, Garfield’s appreciation for fine watchmaking isn’t limited to Omega – he’s occasionally seen wearing other high-end names, showcasing his broader passion for horology.
“I think watches are nerdy and hot. They’re a beautiful combination of art and science,” Garfield told Interview Magazine in November 2023. Here’s a look at some of the hottest and nerdiest watches Garfield has worn over the years.
Cartier Santos
In 2011, the same year Garfield portrayed Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin in The Social Network, he sported a timeless Cartier Santos at the Golden Globes. With a black leather strap and sleek, minimalist design, the timepiece was an understated yet elegant choice for the budding watch aficionado.
Harry Winston Premier Excenter Dual Timezone
That same year, at the 83rd Academy Awards, Garfield chose another unconventional watchmaker: Harry Winston. Known as the King of Diamonds, Harry Winston’s heritage lies in fine jewellery, offering a more refined take on luxury style. Much like Cartier, the brand embodies understated elegance rather than overt status symbols. It was a compelling choice for the British-American actor, perhaps reflecting his preference for quieter, more individual expressions of luxury over flashy displays of wealth.
