Style Edit: Louis Vuitton’s latest Monogram Star diamond launched, as well as the LV Diamonds Certificate
Designed by artistic director Francesca Amfitheatrof, the new icon is used along with other brand signatures like the Damier pattern and Art Deco ‘V’ shaped rings
Louis Vuitton’s latest fine jewellery collection reimagines its iconic Monogram Star – a symbol steeped in over a century of history – into a dazzling new diamond cut.
Originally introduced by Georges Vuitton in 1896 as a signature against forgery of his famous trunks, the monogram flower now shines in a revolutionary three-dimensional diamond, crafted with 53 precise facets that bring the emblem to life in a fresh form.
The Damier pattern, dating back to 1888, reappears in graphic rose gold and platinum creations, while the art deco-inspired “V” shape – a tribute to Gaston-Louis Vuitton’s suitcase designs from the 1920s – adds a bold, architectural edge to rings and pendants. An even bolder version showcases a central LV Monogram Star diamond, while another ring steals the show, crafted from platinum and either encrusted or fully pavéd with diamonds.
The collection also features a pendant and earrings that are perfect for everyday wear, blending the brilliant cut with a diamond-pavéd flower. Every detail is meticulously crafted, balancing heritage with modern elegance.
