Gaston-Louis Vuitton was the grandchild of the late Louis Vuitton, the trunk maker who founded the company that went on to become a global luxury powerhouse. Remembered as a renaissance man and an avid collector, Gaston-Louis is now himself the source of inspiration for the brand’s first fine jewellery line for men: Les Gastons.

Designed by Francesca Amfitheatrof, artistic director for watches and jewellery, the range comprises rings, pendants, necklaces, tags, bracelets and earrings, some of them laser-cut with the maison’s signature monogram. A particular stand-out is a stud in white gold and white diamonds in the shape of – what else – a Louis Vuitton trunk.

2. Ottolenghi x Serax Feast tableware

Chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Yotam Ottolenghi, known for hearty recipes reflecting his Middle Eastern background and his love for vegetables, has now made a foray into tableware. The London-based Israeli chef and the Belgian design company Serax are behind Feast, a collection of colourful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and serving stands created in collaboration with Italian artist Ivo Bisignano. The main motifs of the range are an O-shaped brushstroke – standing for Ottolenghi – and a series of abstract vegetable shapes.

3. Chantel Shafie x Nomad Caviar necklace

Caviar and diamonds? Yes, please. Hong Kong-based jeweller Chantel Shafie – a designer known for her striking medallion necklaces and bespoke creations – has joined forces with Nomad Caviar to create this playfully elegant caviar tin charm. The conversation-starter is made from 18k gold, blue enamel and a cluster of sparkling black diamonds.

Those lucky enough to get their hands on one of the limited edition pieces will also find a mother-of-pearl caviar spoon ingrained on the reverse.
