Located at Tsim Sha Tsui’s H Zentre, Aqua has impressed with its outstanding views and expertly prepared Japanese and Italian dishes for over two decades. In a sophisticated space inspired by water, guests can enjoy starters like tuna and yellowtail carpaccio with caviar and seaweed salad, followed by lobster linguine with tomatoes, chilli and lemon, or confit suckling pig with parsnips and dates. Dinners here are paired beautifully with a complimentary bottle of prosecco when cardholders reserve a table for a minimum of four diners.

The Aubrey

On the top floor of the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, The Aubrey is an izakaya concept that transports guests to the sophisticated home of a 19th century European art collector. Guests can choose from three rooms – each filled with art and books inspired by the Japonisme movement – in which to relish expertly blended cocktails and sensational Japanese signature dishes like Wagyu oxtail and bone marrow fried rice and kinki fish robatayaki. Cardholders who come to The Aubrey for dinner or the weekend brunch with four guests will receive a complimentary bottle of house champagne.

Cantina

Located in Tai Kwun, the former Central Police Station, Cantina presents modern trattoria dishes inspired by nostalgic family recipes. Cardholders booking dinner for a minimum of four guests will be served a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The refreshing sparkling wine complements tempting dishes like Sicilian red prawn carpaccio with lemon and pomegranate jelly, vitello tonnato, home-made tagliatelle with lobster, and grilled Australian Wagyu rib-eye. Be sure to save room for the tableside tiramisu.

Castellana

Fine dining restaurant Castellana brings the rich, luscious flavours of northern Italy’s Piedmont region to Hong Kong. When cardholders select any menu at Castellana for lunch or dinner from Monday to Saturday, they can take advantage of a buy-one-get-one-free offer on selected bottles of Barolo, a rich red wine that pairs well with the indulgent dishes. On offer are the Brovia’s 2018 Barolo (HK$1,380), known for its small production of 60,000 bottles per year, and the 2008 Giovanni Manzone, Monforte d’Alba Gramolere – Bricat (HK$1,880), whose grapes are sourced from a single vineyard of 50-year-old vines.

The Chinese Library

An homage to China’s diverse regional cuisines situated within the heritage space of Tai Kwun, The Chinese Library is an edible compendium of the country’s favourite dishes spanning Cantonese, Chiu Chow, Sichuan and Shanghainese influences. Signature dishes include chrysanthemum thousand cut silken tofu in chicken broth, and succulent char siu made from premium pork loin and New Zealand manuka honey. The show-stopper, though, is the perennially popular Peking duck. Cardholders can enjoy all these dishes with a complimentary bottle of prosecco when making a dinner reservation for at least four guests.

The Crown

An exclusive lounge perched on the 25th floor of Wan Chai’s The Emperor Hotel, The Crown evokes the sumptuous 1920s with its art deco-inspired interior. Enjoy incredible city views while indulging in signature bites like crispy golden chicken wings and tender garlic and truffle Angus beef cubes.
