Enjoy the finest Cantonese and Chinese delicacies in a striking contemporary setting at the Michelin-approved Cuisine Cuisine in The Mira Hong Kong. The always-evolving menu features an all-you-can-eat dim sum option that includes crispy taro puffs with diced chicken and foie gras, along with premium lobster and abalone dishes. But, the must-try meal is the Lobster and Abalone Saturday Oriental Brunch presented by chefs Edwin Tang and Ring Wong. One-Michelin-starred Hansik Goo aims to present the diversity of Korean cuisine, from homestyle dishes to royal-inspired cuisine, in a modern way. Cardholders who order the tasting menu for a table of at least four guests will receive a complimentary bottle of champagne, or a glass of wine each for two diners. The tasting menu, which changes regularly, features dishes such as surf clam with sancho pepper dressing and Kristal caviar, abalone-wrapped dumpling with beef broth, grilled Hanwoo beef, and chicken roulade with ginseng rice.

Diners step back in time when they walk into Honjo, a buzzy restaurant with retro interiors of wood, brass, marble and velvet accents.
