  • Wine and dine your way into 2023 at Lorenzo Antinori’s Argo at the Four Seasons, ranked on Asia’s Top 50 list, or tuck into chef Manav Tuli’s Michelin menu at Chaat
  • Salisterra at The Upper House offers gorgeous views with a feast cooked up by chef Cary Docherty, while Cantina at Tai Kwun will host a Venetian Carnival party with Veuve Clicquot

It has been a veritable roller coaster, with peaks and troughs for us all, but whether you’re looking to celebrate a year well spent or setting your sights on a better one ahead, one thing is for sure: everyone is ready for a party. And while we’re ready to party hard, these Hong Kong wine and dine institutions are on hand to give 2022 a send-off to remember.

With its sights firmly fixed on a brighter year ahead, Aqua’s Welcome to the Future New Year’s Eve party begins with a five-course menu and offers patrons front-row seats to the light show display in the harbour. Priced at a fitting HK$2,023 per person, courses include slow-cooked lobster and Kurobuta pork with foie gras and truffle, with an optional two-hour free flow offering of Veuve Clicquot champagne and sake (HK$388). For those who want to keep the party going late into the night, live DJ performances on the rooftop – with two cocktails and free-flowing champagne – begin at 9.30pm.

Its New Year’s celebrations offer a range of futuristic cocktails and a night to remember. Tickets cost HK$1,320 and are inclusive of a glass of champagne.
