Kick-off your celebration of the Yuletide season with a plethora of seafood at the Christmas buffet (HK$658 for lunch, HK$828 for dinner) at Café Renaissance. Sink your teeth in succulent options such as oysters, blue mussels, brown crab and assorted sashimi, as well as the crowd favourite – freshly steamed lobster. On the festive menu are hearty items such as Swiss raclette, cheese fondue, roasted turkey, roasted honey mustard glazed bone ham, roasted prime rib and more. Desserts are a winter wonderland delight with every holiday sweet you can think of such as mince pie, Christmas stollen, chestnut Mont Blanc, Christmas log cake, panettone bread pudding and more.

Fans of chef Barry Quek are in for a treat as he has created a nine-course festive menu (HK$1,888 per person) for the holidays and you can be sure it’ll be full of the innovative twists that he’s loved for. Menu items include the 21-day aged Barbary duck accompanied by hay roasted apple purée and fondant potatoes. we’re looking forward to the buah keluak panettone, which is chef Quek’s take on the classic pastry with an added Southeast Asian element of black nut and more.
