Travis Browne’s background
Browne was born and grew up in Oahu, Hawaii, he told the UFC in an interview. He revealed in an X post that he is half-Caucasian and that his nickname, Hapa, comes from his mixed heritage. Per Uproxx, his Caucasian roots are on his mother’s side.
Rousey once told People magazine that she plans to move to Hawaii with her family after Browne’s sons graduate from high school and to start a free dojo for local children.
