Grayson – who filed the lawsuit against Combs, Bad Boy Records and a number of other companies – says in the lawsuit that her sibling had won a contest through local Oklahoma radio station KJAMZ, per TMZ. The prize had included a round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, accommodation in New York, and tickets to join Combs’ “White Party”.
Grayson alleges that her and her sibling attended the “White Party”, which had been changed to a “Black Party”, but were separated upon arrival. “Individuals were not let into the party based on their position in line but based on their attractiveness and attire,” she noted in the lawsuit. She added that her sibling had been left outside. “I spoke a couple of words to Mary J. Blige,” she recalled in an interview with The Mirror US.

In her lawsuit, Grayson stated that “after less than two pre-made drinks, provided by the waitresses,” she “began to feel sick and tried to go to the restroom”. She said that her next memory was waking up in hospital at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center of New York, with a ripped shirt, no underwear or shoes, and noticed most of her money was gone besides a US$20 bill. She alleged that when she got back to Oklahoma, she received a phone call from an anonymous female caller who “threatened [Grayson] telling her that any attempts to pursue anything about [Grayson’s] assault would be futile because Defendant Combs was a ‘celebrity’ and that [Grayson] would ‘just be wasting her time’”.

It’s important to add that Grayson has no memory of the alleged assault and has not been able to name names – nor did she mention seeing or meeting Diddy at the event.
