Markle was recently spotted at the baby shower of LA mover and shaker Samantha Stone alongside Kelly McKee Zajfen and Soho House director Markus Anderson

Last week Meghan Markle was looking pretty in pink.

On December 11, the 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex was pictured at her friend Samantha Stone’s baby shower alongside friends Kelly McKee Zajfen and Soho House director, Markus Anderson, per People magazine.

“I love a theme,” Zajfen, the co-founder of Alliance of Moms, wrote in her caption on Instagram. “Celebrating our sweet baby girl coming oh so soon! Adore you @samanthamstone and can’t wait to meet baby Stone. She’s a lucky little girl to have a mama like you. Love, Auntie Kelly.” The pic shows Markle laughing with the trio, who are all dressed in shades of pink.

While we know plenty about Markle’s charitable bestie, Kelly McKee Zajfen, less is known about her other good pal Samantha Stone – who also boasts a noteworthy career. Here’s what we’ve gathered:

Samantha Stone is the chief membership officer at Soho House

Samantha Stone has worked at the creative private members’ club Soho House for over 15 years. Her LinkedIn page notes that she was previously the company’s group director of membership and now works as its chief membership officer.

“To establish ourselves in LA, [Soho House West Hollywood] needed to be where it is – particularly in the beginning,” she told The Hollywood Reporter of the club’s first location in the city that opened in 2010. “We’re in the middle of everything. It almost sounds like that SNL skit ‘The Californians’, but it’s just so easy to get to. After all, we’re a city where people bail all the time.”

For those who remember, Meghan Markle’s fairy tale romance with Prince Harry began at one of the Soho Houses in 2016. As described in detail in Harry’s memoir Spare, they had their first date at 76 Dean Street in London, after initially connecting via Instagram.
