After almost two years, Taylor Swift’s global Eras Tour has concluded. Spanning five continents, the record-breaking tour kicked off in March 2023 in Glendale, in the US state of Arizona, and came to an end this month in Vancouver, Canada.
Swift reportedly sold more than US$2 billion in tickets, making it the highest-grossing tour of all time.

While Swift has been enjoying her billionaire status, an unknown author in Florida is claiming that the megastar owes at least part of her success to someone else’s poetry.
Kimberly Marasco filed a lawsuit in April claiming that elements in several of Swift’s songs were taken from her work without permission. She’s seeking US$7 million in damages.

She’s from Florida
Marasco lives in Fort Pierce, Florida with her two beagles, Cody and Roxy, per her Amazon author profile. She adds that she likes spending time with her partner Todd, going to the beach, the park or hiking.
Her X account states that she has a bachelor’s in history and an MBA.
