Hollywood star Johnny Depp may be coupling up for the holidays. Spanish influencer Jess Martínez-Bordiú has sparked rumours of a romance with the 61-year-old Jeanne du Barry actor after a slew of social media posts and supposed coincidences pointed to the same.
Per the Daily Mail, the woman is half Depp’s age and has been posting about the actor since at least 2022, as evidenced by her X (formerly Twitter) account. She was also seen dancing in a video in celebration of the actor’s birthday and once dressed up as the iconic character of Willy Wonka, in reference to Depp having played him.

What does Jess Martínez-Bordiú do for work?
Per her LinkedIn, Martínez-Bordiú is based in the Madrid metropolitan area and works as a publicist. She was previously a professional photographer for the BBC in London. According to the bio of her now-private Instagram account, she makes films and commercials, produces music, and is a “publicist photographer fashion”. She has reportedly collaborated with Dior on paid content, while Depp has been the face of Dior’s perfume, Eau Sauvage, since 2015.
She’s reviving her podcast
Martínez-Bordiú hosts the Dónde Vamos Hoy? (Where Are We Going Today?) podcast based on her travels. Her latest episode was uploaded back in mid-September. However, soon after she was linked to the Alice in Wonderland star, she announced the podcast’s return on X. “I have so much to tell you – I’m going to give you something to talk about. A podcast without [artificial] additives or colourings by Jess Bordiú. … Soon,” she wrote in Spanish.
