Paramount+’s runaway Western drama Yellowstone is set to air its season five finale on December 15 and with no official confirmation of when – or if – a season six will hit TV screens, some fans might be wondering how to get their dose of country on TV. Enter Landman. From the creators of Yellowstone, Lioness and Tulsa King – and headed by Yellowstone director Taylor Sheridan – Landman is a new series that premiered on Paramount+ on November 17.
Leaving behind Yellowstone’s Dutton family drama and ranch lifestyle, Sheridan’s latest offering is a gritty West Texas-based show focusing on the dog-eat-dog world of the oil business, complete with “roughnecks and wildcat billionaires”.

With its debut season already scoring a high 76 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes, Landman is expected to be Sheridan’s next hit show after the Yellowstone franchise. It helps that the new show has a star-studded cast. 1883 actor Billy Bob Thornton takes on the role of Tommy Norris, while Demi Moore and Jon Hamm portray married couple Cami and Monty Miller.
Joining the stacked cast is Michelle Randolph, an up-and-coming actress who landed a major role as Tommy’s daughter, Ainsley Norris, in Landman.
Here’s everything to know about Michelle Randolph.
She started out as a model
Landman’s “blonde bombshell”, Randolph kicked off her career signed to Wilhelmina Models. She appeared in advertisements for brands such as Forever 21, Year of Ours and Tobi, before making moves into acting.
