An says that Ye referred to her as ‘the Asian girl’ and rammed his fingers down her throat in the name of ‘art’; his then-girlfriend, ex-Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks, allegedly looked away

Rapper Ye, aka Kanye West, is grappling with sexual assault and drugging allegations by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, in relation to a party held by Sean “Diddy” Combs. But now he has another lawsuit to worry about.

America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) alum Jenn An is suing the “Runaway” rapper for sexually assaulting her in 2010 while on set of La Roux’s “In for the Kill” music video. The Korean-American model-turned-actress claims to have been “uncomfortable” with Ye’s potentially racist remarks, referring to her as “the Asian girl”, and alleges that he choked and strangled her on camera in the name of “art”.

“This is art. This is f***ing art. I am like Picasso,” the rapper allegedly said.

“He then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her … to emulate forced oral sex,” An’s complaint reads, per Page Six.

The Yeezy founder’s then-girlfriend, former Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks, was allegedly present, but rather than coming to An’s aid, she “abruptly turned her head away”. Universal Music Group is also named in the suit for failing to intervene in their artist’s “unlawful conduct”.
