Former MLB star Deven Marrero knows a thing or two about romance. The Boston Red Sox alum was spotted looking dashing next to his gorgeous fiancée Hayley Sullivan at the Giorgio Armani spring 2025 ready-to-wear show and while the press got some great shots of the two, the real photo shoot was for her Instagram. The couple posed on the streets of New York in their coordinated ‘fits for the night and looked like they walked right out of a romcom.

More recently, on his Instagram, fans swooned over a romantic on-camera moment when Sullivan walked in while the athlete-turned-analyst was filming a video, and he couldn’t stop complimenting his future missus after they shared a quick kiss. She, in turn, reposted the video on her Instagram Story with the caption, “So lucky I get to marry you.”

According to some posts in Sullivan’s Instagram Highlights, the couple are set to get married this winter in San Francisco. However, he’s already calling her “wifey”. Clearly, the two are very much in love. But just who is Hayley Sullivan? Here’s everything to know about her and her relationship with the famous infielder.

According to her LinkedIn, Sullivan is based in Atlanta, Georgia, but moved to Pennsylvania to pursue a bachelor’s degree in political science at Villanova University. During that time, she took part in a summer programme for international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science and did a semester abroad programme at the University of Geneva, where she also studied international relations and security. Soon after graduating, she joined Palantir Technologies as a people operations analyst and went on to work in sales for years afterwards.

With 118,000 followers on Instagram at the time of writing, Sullivan is a fashion influencer and also the founder and CEO of her own company, The Styled By Collective. Through her brand, she connects clients with personal stylists who offer customised fashion consultations. The service aims to help women “find their unique style identity through a curated wardrobe”.
