Halle Bailey recently slammed her ex-boyfriend, American rapper DDG, for featuring their nine-month-old son, Halo, on a live stream.
“I wasn’t told or notified and I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people,” Bailey wrote in a now-deleted tweet on X. “I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn’t notified especially when I am out of town,” she continued.
A few weeks earlier, Bailey had shared that since her split with DDG, she was suffering from crippling anxiety each time she had to be away from her son while working.
Following the post on X, Bailey deleted her social media accounts, only to return to the platform several hours later to backtrack on the criticism of her ex and issue a public apology.
“Yesterday maybe I did overreact and shouldn’t have brought it here. I know that Halo is always safe with his dad,” she wrote.
