It was recently revealed that pop star Liam Payne had multiple drugs including crack cocaine and methamphetamine in his system when he fell to his death from a hotel balcony in Argentina, according to initial toxicology reports cited by US media on Monday.

The British singer and former One Direction member died last week at the age of 31 after plunging from a third-floor hotel room in Buenos Aires. Payne is survived by his seven year old son, Bear, shared with Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole.

Danielle Peazer

Payne’s romance with X Factor dancer Danielle Peazer spanned from 2010 – when he was just 17 and she was 22 – until 2013, according to People magazine.

Peazer, who recently welcomed a baby girl, Mia, with boyfriend Sonny Jay, took to social media to pay tribute to Payne.

“Receiving a message from you a couple of weeks ago expressing your happiness for the love I found with Sonny and Mia is something I’ll cherish forever,” the 36-year-old wrote on Instagram.

Sophia Smith

Payne dated his childhood friend Sophia Smith from May 2013 to October 2015, although the pair had been acquainted for several years prior.

“I’m absolutely devastated to have split with Sophia,” Payne told The Sun after their break up in 2015. “Being on the tour all this year and being away from her was so hard. We spent so much time apart. But in order to do right by somebody sometimes it’s better not to do what your heart wants, but to do what’s better for them.”
