“Any Man of Mine” singer Shania Twain turned 59 on August 28, and while she celebrated with 90s boy band Boyz II Men onstage at her Las Vegas residency, her husband, Frédéric Thiébaud, marked the occasion with a loving shout-out for the renowned country singer on Instagram.

“Happy birthday to this amazing human being @shaniatwain,” he captioned a photo of the long-time couple smiling for the camera while on a boat, with Twain looking snug in Thiébaud’s arms. The “You’re Still the One” singer replied in the comments with three heart emojis.

The Swiss businessman has been married to Twain for over a decade, and often celebrates and shares his wife’s achievements through his social media.

Per Parade, Thiébaud runs the Swiss operations for food and beverage company Nestlé. Long before that though, the 54-year-old harboured ambitions of being a musician. He reportedly wanted to pursue a career as a singer. Turns out, he was much better suited to management and corporate life, though maybe one day we’ll see him share the stage with his superstar wife.

Twain and her now husband have a love story that could’ve been written in Hollywood.

According to People, the pair met in Switzerland in the 90s when they were both married to other people. Twain and her then-husband Robert “Mutt” Lange hired Thiébaud’s then-wife Marie-Anne to assist them and look after their home. The couples quickly became friends and would often holiday together.
