As per Hello!, Meg adopted Daisy True from an orphanage in China in 2006, when she was still a baby. Daisy True was born in 2004, so she would have been around two years old or younger at the time of her adoption, notes People. The outlet also notes that she was raised in Los Angeles and New York City.
“I always thought I’d do it,” the What Happens Next star told the Los Angeles Times in 2008. “It’s such a deliberate act, this adoption, as opposed to getting pregnant sometimes. You have to be very, very awake.”
