The 24-year-old grew up in a busy household. According to People, Rosie O’Donnell has welcomed five children over the years, including Blake, Parker, Chelsea, Vivienne and Dakota. Rosie adopted Parker first, in 1995, and her former wife Kelli Carpenter later became his legal parent as well. She then adopted Chelsea, Blake and Vivienne with Carpenter.
