Last month for his concert in London, Troye Sivan brought his music video for “One of Your Girls” to life with a sultry lap dance for a shirtless man on stage. But even the sexy black corset Sivan was wearing couldn’t compete with the electric chemistry between the singer and his stage partner, Ross Lynch, who was also featured in said music video.

Back in October when it was first released, that steamy music video already sparked relationship rumours between the two, and the stage performance is only fanning the flames.

So who exactly is Ross Lynch, and why does he look so familiar?

Ross Lynch is a former Disney Channel star

The now 28-year-old actor first shot to stardom when Disney Channel series Austin & Ally debuted in December 2011. On the show, Lynch played teenage singer Austin Moon, who found overnight fame after posting a video of himself singing online. Austin & Ally aired from December 2011 to January 2016, after which Lynch scored a lead role in Disney Channel’s 2013 film Teen Beach Movie, and its 2015 sequel Teen Beach 2.

Lynch was home-schooled from fourth grade, and started touring with his band R5 when he was 16. According to an interview with Issue Magazine, he believes that “because of all the different cultures I’ve seen, I think about a lot of things differently. Not in a better way, by any means. Just different”.
