  • Made famous by Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct and seen as controversial when Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan did it, these days more and more stars seem to be ditching their undies
  • From Bianca Censori’s barely there outfits to Martha Stewart and Drew Barrymore’s recent revelations, and Matthew McConaughey’s claim that he’s ‘never’ worn underwear – so which other stars go commando?

From Sharon Stone’s racy scene in Basic Instinct to Joey Tribbiani going commando in Chandler’s clothes on Friends, there’s more than one example of celebs going without underwear on screen.
But what about in real life? In the early 2000s, troubled stars Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan were pilloried in the press for being snapped without their drawers (even though they never asked for hoards of paparazzi to photograph them from inappropriate angles ... ) – and more recently Bianca Censori has caused commotions with her bold, no undies looks.
