Gossip Girl alum Ed Westwick – who played Chuck Bass in the iconic TV drama that ran from 2007 to 2012 – recently announced his engagement to fiancée Amy Jackson in a joint Instagram post.

“Hell YES” Jackson wrote in the photo’s caption. Celeb pals including Princess Diana’s niece Lady Amelia Spencer, model Sara Sampaio, singer Pixie Lott and Westwick’s Gossip Girl co-star Kelly Rutherford all took to the comments section to express their congratulations to the couple.

The lovebirds then made their first public appearance since announcing the engagement by attending the Vanity Fair Rising Star Party on January 31, per reports in British media.

Westwick is known for his portrayal of the fictional character Chuck Bass, a playboy-turned-lover to the show’s main character Blair Waldorf (played by Leighton Meester), and set in New York’s wealthy Upper East Side.
