Imagine a world where Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt never split. Or where Harry Styles and soon-to-be-billionaire pop star Taylor Swift ended up getting married and starting a family.

Well, your imagination now has carefully crafted images to corroborate it. Using Photoshop and AI, Australian artist Jeremy Pomeroy has re-created a world where A-list ex-couples did not part ways in a bold series called Celebrity What Ifs.

From Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’s “Jelena” romance, here’s a look at how our favourite celeb unions may have looked like today had they not broken up – and the fictional families that diehard fans wished for.

So who IS Jeremy Pomeroy?

Jeremy Pomeroy is the founder and creative director of marketing agency Total Marketing Australia, and has a background in graphic design.

So how did he choose his muses? Sheer numbers – Pomeroy’s website states that his imaginary celeb families were based on fan followers.

As well as Aniston and Pitt (who split in 2005) and Tay Tay and Hazza (who dated briefly in 2012), the series includes an imaginary family birthed to Macaulay Culkin and Mila Kunis, who were together for eight years.

The depths of tabloid past
