Love is in the air at Coachella! The Weeknd and Simi Khadra were spotted holding hands while wearing matching outfits at the annual musical festival last week, according to People. Both of them appeared in white pants and white jackets with sunglasses, and the singer covered his face with a white bandana.

It’s not the first time they’ve been spotted together though. The pair has kept their romance low-key since they were seen kissing while celebrating his birthday last February in Las Vegas, according to TMZ.

Khadra, 30, spent her childhood growing up here and there. She was born in 1993 in Saudi Arabia to Palestinian parents, then raised in London before heading to Dubai for high school and going to university at the University of Southern California, where she majored in film production and fine art with her twin sister Haze, according to W Magazine.

She is very proud of her roots and is usually vocal about her country, from attending human rights protests to helping raise over US$20,000 to power the homes of families in Gaza, per Grazia. “I feel lucky because we are Palestinians,” she said on Jay Shetty’s podcast On Purpose.
