Jenna Ortega has been all over the internet recently thanks to her viral dance moves and scenes from her iconic role as Wednesday Addams in the 2022 Netflix series Wednesday. And while she captured the audience’s hearts with her performance, she has also been impressing fans with fashion choices during premieres, press tours and red carpet events.

Lately, she turned heads when she showed up to the 2023 SAG Awards in a black ensemble that resembled something the fictional Ms Addams would probably wear. But this isn’t the first time Ortega has matched her outfits to her gothic Netflix series’ character.

1. Black vintage

Ortega brought gothic glamour to the SAG 2023 Awards where she was nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a comedy series for her role in Wednesday.

During the ceremony, Ortega channelled her character’s dark energy with an all black, thigh-high slit leather dress from Versace’s archives. The vintage gown was taken from the label’s 1994 collection and was designed by the late Gianni Versace himself, per Vogue.
